Sporty Spice, Cinnamoroll!

You may think Hello Kitty is my favorite Sanrio character, but it is Cinnamaroll, or in Japan, Cinnamon! I even themed a contest outfit around him before.

And he's featured in this Child size shirt from Uniqlo x Hello Kitty. All the Hello Kitty items from Uniqlo support HelloSmile project, a Cervical Cancer prevention and awareness program.

This Sporty look is based on the shirt, which has a Roster number on the back.

Shirt: Uniqlo x Hello Kitty
Shorts: second hand
Shoes: Vans
Socks: costume shop

Also, a cute frill on the back's bottom.

I asked M why Sanrio chose 47 for Cinnamoroll. She responded saying 'Shi-Na' which is short for the numbers Four and Seven in Japanese. (Shi and Nana. Can also be read Yon and Shichi, but that isn't punny.) Also, 'Shi-Na' is the beginning of Cinnamon which is pronounced Shinamon in Japanese. Basically, 47 is a short for Cinnamoroll.

This is a very comfortable look. I could even work out in it, with the appropriate shoes. Next time I want to use my thigh high light blue striped sporty socks.

Thanks for reading. What is your idea of Sporty look? What kind of clothes do you wear to work out? Please feel free to share or leave any comments in the Comments Box below.
