Sac Anime 2014: Day 1, Visual Kei Lolita~>

Day one of SacAnime 2014! I went to help my sponsor PipStarPop, and was ready for a Visual Kei group photoshoot with Ying and Darla. If you've seen my previous blogs, I'm not very experienced when it comes to Visual Kei style, but I just dive into it my own way. (Thanks Darla for taking outfit shots!)

Top: Sixh
Skirt: hNaoto
Shoes: Y.R.U.
Hoodie: Glavil by tutuha
Necklace: 6% dokidoki
Black roses: Black Peace Now
Bag: hNaoto Frill
Make up: Sugarpill

For a base of Visual Kei and Lolita, I started with the Sixh shirt and hNaoto skirt. I then added the Glavil hoodie, for a punkier twist, and then the red and black tights and spike shoes. To continue the devilish look, I used the Frill winged backpack. To draw out a bit more white, the neckrope. Let's just say the make up and hair accessories were sprinkles on this Visual Cupcake.

The lovely Dalek bedecked lady below was just so cute, I had to capture her. Also, you get a peek at PipStarPop's booth.

My Brother's Birthday Bash

My brother's birthday in November 2012, we went to eat Hot Pot. That is all you can eat, Chinese-style fondue. I cherish the times my whole family can be together.

Accidentally Hermioned!

Yesterday, I was throwing together an outfit, when I accidentally Hermioned. Somehow the flowy flying-squirrel cardigan and the neck ribbon really come together for a Wizard look. The stripes and hair helped too.

International Lolita Day...

It's International Lolita day! Happy day to you. Unfortunately, I was not wearing Lolita today, although I plan to tomorrow. Instead I'm wearing a casual Pop outfit, with what I call my bubble dress.

This hat is a Character hat created by Akana Mari who runs The Bunny Cafe. She makes all her hats herself! Because of my hair bun, the bunny hat sits higher than normal. Bun in the bunny hat!

Tired'sday outfit. Touching the Darkside.

At the bus stop

Thursday is often a tired day of the week. Almost the promise of Friday, but not quite. Yesterday, I excitedly planned an outfit around my new Sunglasses. I matched the Hot Pink, through the bag, muffs, pack, and shirt.

New York, Working it. Day 3 & 4

As you can see from Day 1 and Day 2, I like sneaking in fun items into my Work Wardrobe. Well, for Day 3, the big day that I had a poster to present, I wore one of my favorite and versatile dresses: Chocohana~

Double black jackets. In the auditorium I was very cold.

Please visit my Poster!

No Photographs!

Do I look tired, Post Poster session?

At the end of Day 3, I took some final snaps.

I match the curtains...

Hair's down, Relax!
I like hair down more, but I get sleepy that way.

Day 4 in New York, day was work and night was part play. So, like the Steel Mill Guys said in the Simpsons, "We work Hard, and we Play Hard."

Yes, I'm wearing a Snack Shirt for work.

Hair up keeps my eyelids open.

That night, there was an Open Bar before the Banquet! So I changed into some casual Evening wear and let my hair down again.

Cheers!

After Party in my room! No, we actually just got ready to sleep and relax.

Ready to Relax!

Time for bed.

Good Night! Last night of Working in NY. I leave you with Jesus monkey face and caricatures.
